(More customer reviews)I've used this rack on my touring bike for 5 years and lots of miles. No problems at all. Pay lots more and you can get a slightly stronger, heavier, prettier rack.
A 4 rating only because it will not accomodate fancy locking hooks like come with Orblied panniers. Simple hanging hooks only on top with a shock cord hook on the bottom to keep the bag from bouncing off.
