I attached this to my 2006 Nissan Xterra's existing cross bars. I had no difficulty assembling and mounting it on my own. I did run into one hitch when I found a nut was missing from one of the locking knobs. A trip to the local hardware store for a 1/4" nut solved the problem. Nice basket, fits well on the Xterra.

Product Description:
Gear up whether heading to the mountains or the woods with the LoadWarrior rooftop cargo basket. Merging a versatile design with a cavernous internal cavity, the LoadWarrior makes it easy to carry such items as bikes, skis, kayaks, luggage, spare tires, shovels, and more. Just as importantly, the LoadWarrior frees up space inside the car for your family and friends, so they don't have to spend the entire drive with luggage in their laps. The basket is easy to install, with mounting hardware that attaches directly to most round, square, and factory crossbars.
The LoadWarrior's movable accessory bar, meanwhile, accommodates a host of Yakima accessories, such as rooftop bike, ski, and boat racks. And users will love the weather-resistant, heavy-duty steel construction, which is incredibly durable yet weighs only 25 pounds, and the custom wind fairing, which keeps the basket from making whistling sounds on the highway. Compatible with an optional locking bracket (sold separately) for securing your basket to the rack, the LoadWarrior measures 44 by 6.5 by 39 inches (W x H x D).
