(More customer reviews)Halfway out to Colorado on the rack's maiden voyage, I looked in the rear-view mirror to see the outermost bike tilted at a 30 degree angle.The rubber straps still gripped the bike frame, but one of them had itself slipped off the rack.No wonder the instructions say to be sure to tie the separate fabric strap securely to the frame; this keeps the rubber strap bracket from shaking loose.
Additionally, the two metal arms you see on top are spaced too widely to accomodate many children's bikes.
I haven't checked out any of the competition, to see if they're any better.
