It seems to me that all these seat clamps (M-Wave, Sunlite, Electra, etc.) are made by the same manufacturer and sold in different packaging. They all look the same to me. I chose Electra because it was the least expensive.
I was glad to replace my quick-release clamp because I never make any adjustments, and felt the QR makes it easier for someone to steal my seat. But, if someone wants a QR with rack mount, Bontrager makes one (Eyeleted Seatpost Clamp, part # 415183).
